Syrup Manufacturing Plant

A Syrup Manufacturing Plant is a complete, integrated process system designed to produce liquid oral dosages — including cough syrups, vitamins, tonics and antacids — under strict cGMP conditions. The entire system is designed as a closed-loop assembly to prevent contamination at every stage, from raw material charging to final product storage before filling.

The process flow moves from sugar dissolving and filtration through API addition and homogenisation, cooling and final polishing filtration — with all vessels, pumps and pipework interconnected in SS 316L and controlled from a central panel. Every component is designed for easy CIP and validation to meet the requirements of pharmaceutical regulatory authorities.
